Note: If you have multiple visitor types, you’ll configure badge printing per visitor type. Go to Visitors > Settings > Sign-in flow. Type your IP address in the field, and click “Save.” On your computer, log in to Envoy, and go to Visitors > Devices > Printers. It will be a series of numbers separated by periods (for example 192.168.1.44 or 10.0.1.23).

īeside IP Addr, you’ll see the IP address. Use the and buttons to select WLAN > WLAN Status > Infrastructure Mode in the settings menu. You should see the Wi-Fi icon in the top right. Press the button to return to the main screen. If it does not connect, repeat steps 9 through 14. If it connects, it will say “Connected!” Press. Use the and buttons to select the correct characters. Press to switch between uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Use the and buttons to select your desired network. If you are using a dual-band router, your iPad(s) can remain connected to the 5 GHz band and your printer can connect to the 2.4 GHz band. Note: The Brother printer only supports connections to 2.4 GHz wireless band.

Remember, your printer and iPad will be on the same network.

Your printer will search for available Wi-Fi networks. Use the and buttons to select WLAN > Infra Manual Setting in the settings menu. Use the and buttons to select WLAN > WLAN (On/Off) > On in the settings menu. Open the cover, and remove the insulation seal from the coin cell battery. Lock in the printer’s preinstalled coin cell battery. Other brands may come affixed to the plastic frame, in which case it is not reusable. When replacing a badge roll, save this for the next roll. Note: Envoy badges come with a reusable black plastic frame.
